Thousands of Marian devotees from all the dioceses of Sri Lanka participated in the Rosary Rally organized by the Diocese of Kurunegala under the guidance of His Lordship, Bishop Harold Anthony Perera, Bishop of Kurunegala. The procession commenced from St. Anne's College premises, proceeded through the Kurunegala town with magnificently decorated vehicles, vibrant banners with scripture verses, symbolical structures depicting the life Our Blessed Mother, and with several school bands. Rosary was continuously recited in all languages accompanied by hymns. All walked in the procession with the Bishops, priests and the religious Sisters and Brothers.
