The Exco meeting of the Diocesan Pastoral Council was held on April 16th at Charles Hall at 4.00pm. This was headed by Most Rev. Dr. Joseph Ponniah. At this meeting Exco officials were elected by the members. Mr. Joy Pragash was elected as the secretary and Mr. Kingsley as the treasurer.
