28 April was a joyful and graceful day for St. Jude’s Shrine, Thettativu. His Excellency Most Rev. Joseph Ponniah, presided the Parish feast high Mass and administered First Holy Communion to 11 children. Large number of faithful participated in the feast mass.

In his sermon, bishop exhorted the children to be firm in their faith which they have received at the time of baptism. He further requested them to be strengthened in their faith to witness to the values of the gospel and produce the fruits of the Holy Spirit in their lives.

The parish priest Rev. Fr. Peduru jeevaraj thanked the bishop for celebrating the Feast Holy Mass and administering the sacrament to the parish children.
